Return Policy – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to What Safety? We are committed to providing quality safety products and excellent service. Please review our return policy and terms below.
Returns & Exchanges
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- Customers are responsible for return freight charges.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorisation.
Note: Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email sales@whatsafety.com.au with the following:
- Your invoice number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Our team will respond with a return authorisation and instructions for returning your goods.
Please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing of your return once it is received.
Damaged Goods or Short Deliveries
- Claims for damaged goods, short deliveries, or price discrepancies must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Claims submitted outside this window may not be accepted.
Refunds
- Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7 business days of return acceptance.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method, less applicable restocking and freight charges.
Warranty Information
Some of our products are covered by manufacturer warranties (e.g., 5-Year Warranty on Vulcanised Rubber Wheel Stops).
- Warranty claims must be submitted via email with photos and invoice number.
- Warranties do not cover misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.
Freight & Delivery
- Orders over $1,500 + GST (Sydney Metro) qualify for Free In Store (F.I.S.) delivery.
- Deliveries outside the Sydney Metro area will be quoted separately.

- All prices listed are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- Pricing and product availability are subject to change without notice.
